The above said American Pit Bull Terrier is sold to the above "Buyer" for the total price of $ ________. A  deposit in the amount of $___ 500.00___ by form of Cash, Paypal, or Postal Money order is hereby made and the cash balance is due to Seller before the dog is placed in the Buyer's possession, or before 8 weeks of age which ever is soonest. Registration papers will also be held until the balance is paid in full, after which the seller will register the puppy with United Kennel Club Inc. papers will be mailed to buyer within 3 months of purchase. The buyer understands that once a deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog and is therefore, NON-REFUNDABLE. Buyer will forfeit deposit and said dog may then be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date being ____________________. If for some reason you no longer wish to purchase said dog your deposit may be transferred to another litter for another puppy of your choice.

IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

Seller guarantees the said dog is a purebred American Pit Bull Terrier, offspring of the previously mentioned Sire and Dam. Seller DOES NOT guarantee the color or size of the said dog.

Buyer certifies that he/she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this dog, and will not sell to a puppy mill.

Both parties agree that NO DOGS/PUPPIES HAVE BEEN SOLD FOR FIGHTING OR ANY ILLEGAL PURPOSE. If the buyer is found to be using the pup for illegal purposes or activities, or if the puppy is being kept without adequate food, proper housing, or care we reserve the right to regain possession of the pup.

 At transfer, Seller guarantees this dog to be current on vaccinations dewormings and in good health .Puppies will have current veterinary Health Certificate. Puppies will be dewormed at 2,3,4,6, & 8 weeks. A normal deworming and vaccination schedule should be followed as recommended by your veterinarian.

Buyer Hereby Agrees to Keep the Initials SBB’s In front of the above Purchased dog’s registered name for the entire life of the dog, regardless of sale or gift. This is to show where the Puppy was produced.

At the expense of the BUYER, a licensed veterinarian MUST examine this dog within 48 hours of possession to validate Health Guarantee . ( If purchased on Saturday, this requirement is extended through the following Monday.) If at this time, pup is found to have any congenital or hereditary illnesses* that seriously impacts the puppies quality of life. The buyer agrees to inform the seller in a written statement by a licensed Vet immediately but no later then 2 days following written statement by certified Veterinarian, Southern Blue bullies , will replace the pup (with a pup of EQUAL  value by the choice of the breeder) provided the condition is sufficiently serious in the opinion of two qualified veterinarians, .  ( Southern Blue Bullies  DOES NOT give cash refunds for any reason. Buyer agrees to pay any and all veterinarian charges and shipping charges. The registration papers must be returned to Southern Blue Bullies before the pup will be replaced. * WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS. WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SKIN AND COAT PROBLEMS THAT ARE COMMON FOR DOGS WITH THE BLUE COLORING.

  THE BLUE COAT COLORING IN MOST BREEDS IS ASSOCIATED WITH SKIN PROBLEMS SOME OF WHICH ARE NOT RESPONSIVE TO TREATMENT. BLUE COATED DOGS OF ALL BREEDS ARE MORE PRONE TO BACTERIAL, VIRAL, STAPH AND FUNGAL INFECTIONS AS WELL AS VARIOUS FORMS OF DERMATITIS, ALLERGIES, DEMODEX AND COLOR MUTANT ALOPECIA. WHILE SOME OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE HEREDITARY MANY OF THEM ARE SIMPLY THE RESULT OF THE BLUE COAT COLORING. ALL SKIN PROBLEMS WE KNOW OF ARE EASILY AND INEXPENSIVELY TREATED. NOT ALL BLUE COATED DOGS ARE AFFECTED HOWEVER YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED IF A SKIN OR COAT CONDITION DEVELOPS.  WE HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU SPEAK TO A LICENSED VET BEFORE PUTTING A DEPOSIT DOWN ON A PUPPY WHO IS BLUE OR HAS BLUE PARENTS.  

The Buyer agrees to stay in contact with the Seller and inform Seller of any changes in the dogs home such as change of ownership. The Buyer also agrees to keep Seller posted with updated photos/health of the pup. I n the event Buyer can no longer provide for, or care for the above said dog they will contact Southern Blue Bullies & Offer The seller the opportunity to purchase/ Take possession of him/her back if Southern Blue Bullies Declines the Buyer may then place the above dog in a home that can provide for him/her.

No other warranties are expressed or implied unless explained by Seller below:

Buyer releases Seller,  Southern Blue Bullies and their estate from any and all liabilities, and/or damages by fault of this dog at the time of sale. These damages include but are not limited to, destruction of property and/or physical damage to any person or group of people.

CONDITIONS
STUD OWNER AGREES TO:
1. Provide Dam owner with a complete 4 generation pedigree of the dog to be bred .
2. Take normal adequate care of the Dam while in our care (If left or shipped to us)
3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition and current on all vaccines & dewormed.

4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to dam owner.
5. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same dam if no pregnancy results from the mating, at no charge. To receive the return service, the dam owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, By a licensed Vet not more than 70 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner reserves the right to offer a different stud to the dam owner. Dams owner is still responsible for any Costs associated with the collection, and shipment of semen.
6. Provide the Dam owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record of the breeding dates.

1. Meet with/ Speak with Stud owner Well in advance of mating, provide photos of the dam, as well as pedigree info.

2. Pay the agreed stud service fee before the Dam is serviced.

Unless for Puppy pick(s), Which will be picked up, Or shipped at the expense of the dam’s owner on or before 8 weeks of age.
3. Provide a 4 generation pedigree before servicing of the above named dam.
4. Provide veterinary certificate of current Vaccines & Deworming, Including a negative Brucellosis Test done no more then 10 days prior to mating.
5. Send dam in good health and in season.
6. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing by a licensed vet no later than 70 days after mating if no pregnancy results from the mating. Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided.
7. Keep the Dam properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her accidentally, before mating season is finished.
8. agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm connected with illegal use of the dogs.(Dog fighting, puppy mills etc.)

OTHER CONDITIONS
1. ONE PUPPY BORN ALIVE OR DEAD CONSTITUTES A LITTER. HOWEVER IF ONLY ONE PUPPY RESULTS FROM THIS MATING, A RETURN SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED AT NO CHARGE TO THIS SAME BITCH AT HER NEXT HEAT, OR WITHIN ONE YEAR, PROVIDED ALL CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT HAVE BEEN MET.
2. IF THE DAM FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN SERVICE, THIS CONTRACT IS TERMINATED & NO MONIES SHALL BE RETURNED.

EAR CROP CONTRACT- If you would like your Puppies ears cropped Please review this contract. This contract is seperate from our Purchase agreement. The cost is in addition to Price, shipping and any other associated costs with the purchase of your puppy. Click on the photo contract below for a word document of the contract.

Southern Blue Bullies Ear Crop Contract

All of our dogs are sold with natural ears.  Should you choose to have your pup’s ears cropped, we can have it done by our certified and licensed Vet. The cost for an ear crop is $200.00 For a puppy under 4 months of age.  Ears will be cropped around 8 weeks of age. In order for Southern Blue bullies to have your pup’s ears cropped, we require that the puppy be paid in full, and the payment for the ear crop be received before we schedule an appointment. After the procedure, your pup will stay with us for up to 3 weeks to insure proper healing. Puppies will not ship with stitches; you must wait until they have been removed to have your puppy shipped. Should you decide you would want your personal Vet to remove tape on the ears (If needed to help ears stand properly) you will need to let us know ahead of time and we will make arrangements to ship puppy once the vet gives the okay.

As with any surgical procedure, there is a risk involved with putting any animal under anesthesia. There is no guarantee on an ear cropping , size, cut, or quality. Before your pup undergoes anesthesia, it will receive a full vet check to insure that it is healthy before surgery. The buyer understands that Southern Blue Bullies will not be held liable for any damages or loss that should occur by electing to have the puppies ears cropped. Our vet has been cropping ears for a long time, and is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. If you wish to speak with our vet, contact us and we will get you the information needed to reach him.
